Antônia Souza is one of the key voices in the Brazilian innovation and technology scene, standing out as a Black woman passionate about what she does. This passion has led her to reach the biggest stages and media outlets in the country.
With over a decade of experience and an enviable professional history, Antônia has paved her way through renowned companies such as Uber, Amazon, and Meta, where she has led innovative and disruptive projects. As a technology columnist at Exame, she shares her specialized knowledge on topics such as tokenization, Web3, AR, and VR, while also addressing the crucial theme of diversity and careers in the tech universe.
In 2023, Antônia was chosen by Forbes to join the Forbes Under 30 list, once again reinforcing her relevance in the field of technology, as her presence on prestigious event stages like Rio Innovation Week, MMA Innovative, NFT Brasil, Blockchain SP, and Digitalks had already demonstrated.
